斯旺河（英语：Swan River）是一条流经西澳洲西南部的河流。在当地原住民的语言中，斯旺河的名称是Derbarl Yerrigan[2]。斯旺河在珀斯附近入海，其下游河道较宽且水深很深，而上游却非常狭窄且水深很浅。斯旺河的流域面积约121000平方公里，主要支流有三条，包括了雅芳河、甘宁河和海伦娜河，其中后两者有拦河坝。斯旺河是珀斯和其附近地区重要的饮用水来源。斯旺河流域的气候是地中海气候，冬季温暖湿润，夏季炎热干燥。流浪因季节降水而大幅变动。斯旺河河口的水位会因潮汐的变动而有约1米的变化。
