朱宇飙（1971年10月21日—）中国维权律师，中山大学法学硕士，广东省第一位帮法轮功学员无罪辩护的律师，因此遭当局劳教、判刑、非法拘禁及酷刑，两度被列入美国国务院2012、2013年度国际宗教自由报告^[1]^[2]。他经常代理敏感案件而遭当局打压，为底层群体辩护时经常低价、折价或义务免费，中国报纸曾两次报导其事迹。^[3]

2007年因为帮法轮功无罪辩护，被公安以“反革命”理由抓捕并处一年半劳教并遭酷刑，获释后当局曾尝试无理要求其写下保证书不再维权作为发放律师证的交换条件^[4]。他于2010年广州亚运会前夕因为家中被当局抓捕并判刑2年，唐荆陵指与帮法轮功辩护有关，家属强烈抗议指当局政治迫害^[5]^[6]^[7]，出狱后又被当局秘密送往广东省三水法制教育所关押，因绝食抗议数十日陷入生命危险^[3]
