伞形花序

伞形花序（Umbel）为一种花序，属于无限花序（Indeterminate inflorescence）^[1]^[2]，由从一点上发出的许多花梗组成，其形状有如伞骨。此一称呼可追溯至1590年，来自拉丁文的umbella，意指遮阳用的伞^[3] 。伞形花序中，花梗末端有可能再分支出数个次级花梗，而自成一独立的伞形结构（umbellules, umbellets）^[4]，此种花序称为复伞形花序（compound umbels）^[1]。

复伞形花序是伞形科植物（包括香芹、香菜、胡萝卜等）的特征^[5]，另外五加科的常春藤属、楤木属、八角金盘属^[6]，以及石蒜科的葱属等类群的花序亦为伞形花序^[7]。
