Lose Yourself为Eminem2002年10月推出的单曲，同年11月被包含在八里公路电影。他是制作人之一，他自己填词。截至2017年9月，仅在美国就已被下载了七百四十万次[1]。它也是第一首赢得奥斯卡最佳原创歌曲奖的饶舌歌[2]，并列入2004年的滚石杂志五百大歌曲及AFI百年百大电影歌曲。

此曲于拍摄电影期间的多个休息时间在拍摄现场填词[3]。街头痞子电影的配角塔琳·曼宁确认此事，访问中说：“你可以看到他脑里在创制东西[4]。他用便携式工作室录制，一气呵成录完所有3个主歌（英语：Verse–chorus form）。”
