NGC 3628，或者称为汉堡星系（Hamburger Galaxy）[3]、萨拉星系（Sarah's Galaxy）[4][5][6][7][8]，是一个位于狮子座的无棒螺旋星系，距离地球3,500万光年。它于1784年由英国天文学家赫歇尔发现，这个星系与M65和M66两个螺旋星系，一同构成狮子座三胞胎。此外，这个星系也属于电波星系。
因为Ngc 3628在许多波段的影像都可见到它的核球为X型，因此有天文学家宣称它其实是棒状结构只有一端面对地球的棒旋星系[9]。电脑模拟显示盘状星系的棒状结构可形成于和其他星系的重力交互作用与合并时，而目前NGC 3628正在和另外两个巨大的邻近星系交互作用中。
