便笺（英语：Sticky Notes）是Windows 7[1]、Windows 8和Windows 10中内置的桌面便笺应用程序[2]。该应用程序可以让用户通过电子便笺快速记笔记。
便笺的灵感来自于2002年的Windows XP Tablet Edition，并作为Windows Vista中Windows桌面侧边的小工具。据微软表示，截至2016年4月，便笺每月有800万用户[3]。该应用程序也内置于Outlook.com[4][5][6]和Microsoft Teams中[7]。

最初的便笺是Windows Vista附带的一个小工具，小工具在Windows 7中也可以使用，尽管便笺本身成为了构建在Win32平台上的独立应用程序，仍然可以在启动时打开，但此版本不直接支持用数位笔输入。便笺打开后会以黄色为默认的颜色，但提供了其他五种颜色，还具有跳跃清单和预览缩图来显示堆叠起来且会自动保存的便笺[8]。此版本在Windows 8和初版的Windows 10中重复使用[9]。
在2016年发布的Windows 10周年更新中，引入了基于通用Windows平台构建的新版便笺。它可以作为独立应用程序或作为Windows Ink工作区的一部分。后者会导致便笺后面的空间变得模糊。新版本可支持用笔来输入，可以识别手写辨识、基本文本、图片中的单词和字母。它旨在贴在桌面上或四处移动。新的便笺会在输入或写入股票代码时会提供股票信息，输入或写入航班编号时提供航班信息[10]，并且加入了Cortana，可以根据包含日期的便笺创建提醒[11][12]。与Windows 7版本不同的是，此版本的预览缩图显示的是储存的图片，而不是用户创建的便笺，并且最初没有跳跃清单，但在2017年2月6日的1.6.2版本中添加了跳跃清单。

跨平台[编辑]
便笺可以跨多个设备来同步笔记，不仅可以同步到Windows设备，还可以同步到运行OneNote、Outlook和Microsoft 365的iOS与Android设备[13][14][15]。
OneNote网站上也提供了一个用于编辑便笺的网址，名称为onenote.com/stickynotes[16][17][18]。
在Android设备上，Microsoft Launcher可以显示与OneNote应用程序本地实例同步的便笺[13][19][20]。
