伟人汉诺
根据两位历史学家（庇卡底）[1] ，在古迦太基有三个领袖都被称为伟人汉诺，分别为伟人汉诺一世，伟人汉诺二世及伟人汉诺三世。[2]根据另一个历史学家（沃明），有三个迦太基人名为汉诺也“给予相同的昵称”：伟人，但他推测，这是一个家庭姓氏昵称或是一个古希腊及罗马作家长期不理解的一个用语。沃明只讨论其中两个（汉诺一世和汉诺二世），但他没有使用“一世”及“二世”来分别。[3] 另一位历史学家（兰姿）只提及汉诺一世为伟人汉诺，而伟人汉诺二世他就只称为“汉诺”。[4]虽然同时有三位人物被称为伟人汉诺是非常异常。但总之，在古迦太基有许多历史人物都命名为汉诺。[5]
