前交通动脉（anterior communicating artery为脑中连结左右前大脑动脉的动脉。
前交通动脉属于威利氏环的一部分。
病理学[编辑]
威利氏环动脉瘤最常发生于前交通动脉[1]，可能导致视野丧失，如双颞半偏盲（压迫视交叉）[2]、精神疾患，以及额叶伤害[3]。
