史特凡·拉森（Stefan Larsson，1974/1975年—）是拉尔夫·劳伦马球首席执行官。

拉森在芬兰汉肯经济学院及瑞典苑学品大学国际商学院取得企业管理硕士双联学位。[2][3]
职业生涯[编辑]
最初，拉森任职于瑞典时装公司H&M长达15年，从基层一路升任至全球销售主管，负责管理2,300间店面，造就每年约170亿美元的销售额。[4][2]在他担任公司高层的期间，年营收从30亿美元增长至170亿美元，将营业据点从12个拓展至44个国家。此外，他也负责监督店面的设计及施工。[5]
进入拉尔夫·劳伦马球前，拉森曾在2012年10月至2015年9月间担任盖璞旗下品牌Old Navy的全球总裁。他让Old Navy成为盖璞最赚钱的品牌，获利连续三年成长，营收更胜过香蕉共和国及盖璞。[6]拉森借由提供低价流行服饰的策略，并彻底重组品牌的全球供应链，提高产品上市速度，让Old Navy增加近10亿美元的收入。[7][8]
2015年11月，拉森接下该公司创办人拉尔夫·劳伦的首席执行官职位，罗伦则继续担任执行董事长兼首席创意官。[4][9]2017年2月，拉尔夫·劳伦马球宣布拉森将于5月1日辞去不到两年的首席执行官职务。[10]
