国际天主教童军会议（英语：International Catholic Conference of Scouting, ICCS），为一个国际自治团体，主要业务为推广与支持和天主教会相联系的童军总会，总部位于意大利罗马。目前辖有800万名童军[2]。
该组织于世界童军委员会享有咨询地位[4]，并与新教徒童军与女童军会、国际正教会童军连线、国际穆斯林童军联盟、国际犹太童军论坛（International Forum of Jewish Scouts）、圆佛教童军（Won-Buddhism Scout）与世界佛教童军兄弟会组成世界童军泛宗教论坛（World Scout Inter-religious Forum, WSIF）[5]。
该组织与国际天主教女童军会议（International Catholic Conference of Guiding, ICCG）密切合作[6]。
