地中海琵琶虾（学名：Scyllarides latus）是拟蝉虾属的一种虾 ，分布于地中海和大西洋西部海域。地中海琵琶虾可以食用，但也因此遭到滥捕。雄性体长可达1英尺（30厘米），无螯，夜行性。 它与生活在太平洋西部的红琵琶虾十分相似。[3]
习性[编辑]
地中海琵琶虾水深100米以上的砂质浅海海底生活[2]，白天藏在岩石缝隙中[3]。它以牡蛎等贝类以及鱿鱼为食，其天敌为灰鳞鲀，此外乌鳍石斑鱼等其他大型鱼类也以其为食[3]。
