后上髂（qià）脊（Posterior superior iliac spine）为髋骨上的一个构造，位于荐翼的接面。后上髂脊位于后下髂脊上方，较前上髂脊短。

后上髂脊为骶髂后韧带和多裂肌的斜走部分。
