懦弱龙属（学名：Ignavusaurus）是基础型蜥脚形亚目恐龙的一属，生存于侏罗纪早期的莱索托。化石发现于上艾略特组（Upper Elliot Formation），地质年代可能属于赫塘阶。
正模标本（编号BM HR 20）是一个关节仍连阶的部分身体骨骼。根据这个标本，懦弱龙的身长估计约为1.5米，体重约为25.5公斤。根据股骨与肱骨的组织学，显示懦弱龙是个成长快速的个体，研究人员推测，正模标本个体的年龄可能少于一岁[1]。
在2010年，这些化石被叙述、命名，模式种是拉氏懦弱龙（I. rachelis）。属名意为“懦弱的蜥蜴”，因为化石发现地Ha Ralekoala在当地语言意为“懦弱之父的所在地”；种名则是以古生物学家Raquel López-Antoñanzas为名[1]。
懦弱龙可能是大椎龙的异名[2]。但另一个亲缘分支分类法研究则认为懦弱龙是有效属，属于大脚类演化支，跟莎拉龙（Sarahsaurus）是最近亲[3]。
