欧智华（英语：Stuart Gulliver）英国银行家。前任汇丰控股有限公司首席执行官。欧智华1980年牛津大学毕业后加入汇丰，曾被派往香港和东京工作。[8][9]2000年被任命为集团总理，2004年被任命为集团董事总经理。2008年5月出任执行董事。他曾担任汇丰私人银行控股（瑞士）有限公司、汇丰银行中东有限公司、汇丰银行法国董事会主席。2011年接替纪勤（Michael Geoghegan）出任汇丰集团首席执行官。
2012年5月21日，欧智华在香港股东非正式会议透露，检讨总部选址无限期押后，亦强调若总部迁至香港对汇控股价毫无帮助，相反伦敦条件比香港更有优势。
