玛莎·杜比纳·罗比（英语：Martha Dubina Roby[1]；1976年7月26日—），是一位美国共和党政治人物，自2011年通过众议院选举击败时任民主党众议员的鲍比·布莱特成为阿拉巴马州联邦众议院第二国会选区的议员[2][3]。伯恩和特丽·塞维尔是首两名通过定期选举成为阿拉巴马州国会代表的女性。
