绿苑酒廊（英语：Tavern on the Green）是一家位于美国纽约市曼哈顿上西城中央公园内的美国烹饪餐厅。经营时间是1934年至2009年，其间数次易手。2010年10月15日，原建筑成为纽约市公园和娱乐场所管理局经营的游客中心和商品店，仍用旧名。2014年4月重新开张。

2007年该店总收入达3800万美元，接待超过50万顾客，成为美国第二高收入的独立餐厅（第一是拉斯维加斯威尼斯人酒店中的道家餐厅（Tao restaurant），总收入6700万美元）。[1][2]酒廊中有数个厅，在著名的水晶厅中可以看到附近的中央公园。[3]

绿苑酒廊的现址在美国纽约市曼哈顿上西城中央公园西和西66街。19世纪后末期这里只是一个羊圈，圈养放牧在绵羊草地的绵羊。1934年在罗伯·摩斯翻新公园时成为了餐厅。

1943年，阿诺德·施莱费尔、亚瑟·施莱费尔和朱利叶斯·贝尔曼得到了餐厅经营权。

1962年，乔伊·鲍姆从从施莱费尔等人手中买下了该餐厅。[4]

1974年，华纳·勒罗伊掌管绿荫酒廊的租赁权，投入1000万美元翻新了酒廊，1976年绿荫酒廊再次开张，增加了水晶厅并使座位数达到800。[5]2001年勒罗伊去世，酒廊交由他的女儿詹妮弗·奥兹·勒罗伊管理，直到2009年关张。[6]

1980年代的一段时期内，纽约市治安混乱。结果一群暴徒袭击了绿荫酒廊，抢走了大量现金。[7]

许多社会名流都经常出入绿荫酒廊。其前赞助人包括纽约市市长菲奥雷洛·亨利·拉瓜迪亚、女演员葛莉丝·凯莉和费伊·雷等。[8]普利策奖得主罗伯特·奥伦·巴特勒[9]和电影导演沃尔特·希尔[10]都曾在这里举行婚礼。因为约翰·蓝侬是华纳·勒罗伊的邻居且二人儿子关系不错，故而1970年代末期约翰·蓝侬和他的儿子西恩·列侬多次在绿荫酒廊里庆祝生日。[11]

2008年5月，酒廊与西田集团宣布在旧金山市中心的购物中心Metron开设分店，面积40,000平方英尺（3,700平方米）。[12][13][14][15]但是到了预定的2009年，计划却没能完成。[16]同年6月，绿荫酒廊同意支付220万美元，以解决公平就业机会委员会对其在雇佣员工时的性别和种族歧视提出的诉讼。[17]

2009年8月28日，纽约市公园和娱乐场所管理局拒绝更新酒廊的营业执照，并勒令绿荫酒廊在2010年1月1日前停止运营并撤走所有家具。[18]9月，绿荫酒廊向地区法院申请破产保护。[19]绿荫酒廊一直营业到2009年12月31日。[20]

2010年10月15日，原建筑成为纽约市公园和娱乐场所管理局经营的游客中心和商品店，仍用旧名。[21] 水晶厅已经被移除，只展出19世纪的原建筑。[21]同时绿荫酒廊也从私人财产变成了共有地。[21] 2014年4月重新开张，5月13日举行正式的开业典礼。[22]

唐纳德·川普投资[编辑]

纽约中央公园的Dean Poll被给予权利重新开设绿荫酒廊，但是无法与代表原酒廊雇员利益的美国劳工联合会-产业工会联合会达成一致。2011年1月，唐纳德·川普说他将投资2000万美元重新开设酒廊，并重建水晶厅，并不会改变酒廊的原名。[23]纽约市市长麦克·彭博和中央公园管理者并没有对此公开表态。[23]

餐厅名字的所有权争议[编辑]

2009年10月，在破产法院上，就绿荫酒廊名字的所有权勒罗伊和纽约市官方产生了争执。[24]当时其商标被估价1900万美元。[24]2009年11月，Poll注册了一个备用名：Tavern in the Park。[25]
