葡国鸡(葡萄牙语:Galinha à Portuguesa)是澳门菜的特色菜之一。以鸡肉马铃薯红萝卜洋葱、加入椰子汁、姜黄粉,放入烤箱而成。常佐以白饭[1]

虽然名为葡国鸡,但这道菜并非葡萄牙原有的,而是地道的澳门菜。[1][2]

调制葡国鸡的调味汁(称为葡汁)亦可以烹调蔬菜,如葡汁烩四蔬
