锁核酸
锁核酸（Locked nucleic acid，LNA）是一种经过修饰的RNA，LNA中一部分核糖上的2'与4'碳连结在一起。一般可见于A-DNA或RNA。
这类核酸可以增加引子或探针（probe）的融解温度（Tm值），加强这些实验用物质的稳定性，可应用在即时聚合酶连锁反应（real-time PCR）等技术中。
