86街车站（英语：86th Street station）是纽约地铁第二大道线第一期的地铁站，位于曼哈顿上东城第二大道及86街交界，于2017年1月1日启用，设有Q线（任何时候停站）与N线（高峰时段）列车服务。设有一个岛式月台和两条轨道。

86街车站设有Q线（任何时候停站）与N线（高峰时段）列车服务[5][6][7][8][9]。设有一个岛式月台和两条轨道[10]。与其他第二大道线车站相同，此站比其他大部分纽约地铁地下车站宽[11]。其建筑与其他第二大道线车站一同由MTA资金建设（英语：MTA Capital Construction）主席Michael Horodniceanu博士比较，犹如华盛顿地铁站一般[12]。月台深93英尺（28米）[13]。86街车站月台与其他第二大道线车站一样宽27.8英尺[14][15]。

车站设有空调系统，确保在夏天时比其他地铁站凉快华氏10度（摄氏6度）[16]。因此车站需要设置大型通风系统和辅助建筑，而不设传统地铁栅栏[17]。车站亦按现时防火标准设计，大部分现存车站皆无防火标准[18]另外，车站设有混凝土防水垫和沟渠以便防水[19]。

此站是N线其中一个名为86街车站的车站之一，另一个位于布鲁克林[20]。
