《全面對抗2》（英語：Resistance 2，中國大陸譯作「抵抗2」）是一款由Insomniac Games開發，索尼電腦娛樂發行的PlayStation 3平台獨占的軍事科幻第一人稱射擊遊戲[1]。本作是抵抗：滅絕人類的續作。

在合成獸Chimera發動對美國東西海岸全面入侵的情況下，上代的主角內森·黑爾（Nathan Hale）前往美國與合成獸Chimera進行戰鬥。本作中，黑爾是「哨兵」部隊中的一員。「哨兵」部隊由Chimera病毒感染者組成的精銳部隊，成員需定期注射Chimera病毒抑制劑。

2014年3月28日，索尼關閉了《抵抗：滅絕人類》、《全面對抗2》、《抵抗3》的線上服務。[2][3][4]
