《數據保護指令》（英語：Data Protection Directive），正式名稱：《第95/46/EC號保護個人在數據處理和自動移動中權利的指令》（Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data），是一項於1995年通過的歐洲聯盟指令，用於規範歐盟範圍內處理個人數據的行為，是歐盟隱私法和人權法的重要組成部分。

《數據保護指令》被《一般資料保護規範》（GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation）替代。後者於2016年4月通過，在2018年5月25日生效。^[1]
