曼蛙科（學名：Mantellidae）又名彩蛙科，是兩生綱無尾目的一科，分布於馬達加斯加與馬約特。

該科物種的習性、棲息地、外觀等都相差很遠。大多為陸棲，還有一些為樹棲或水棲。它們的體長為3厘米至10厘米不等。其中曼蛙屬與南美洲的箭毒蛙有許多相似之處(也是有毒)。

有一些則會被捕獲作為寵物蛙。
