美國聯邦第二巡迴上訴法院（英語：United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit，案例引用為2d Cir.）是美國的13個聯邦上訴法院之一。其司法管轄範圍包括康乃狄克州、紐約州和佛蒙特州，對該範圍內的以下美國聯邦地區法院擁有上訴管轄權：

瑟古德·馬紹爾聯邦法院，地址為40 Foley Square。

第二巡迴上訴法院通常會在位於曼哈頓下城的瑟古德·馬紹爾聯邦法院聽取口頭辯論。2006年夏，由於建築需要進行整修，法院臨時改在丹尼爾·派屈克·莫伊尼漢聯邦法院（英語：Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse）開庭審理案件。法院的部分辦公室，包括法律事務辦公室都在這一期間轉移到了伍爾沃斯大樓，預計這次整修將需要耗費數年的時間才能完成[1]。
