藪貓行動（法語：Opération Serval)，是法軍在馬利的軍事行動。[20]作戰目的是驅逐馬利北部的伊斯蘭激進分子。[21]當時該部已開始南嚮往馬利中部推進。[22]

藪貓行動，遵循聯合國安理會2012年12月20日第2085號決議，以及馬利臨時政府對法國軍事援助的正式請求。[23][24]

於2013年1月11日開始，法軍迅速擊敗了各路伊斯蘭武裝分子部隊。行動開始後數日馬利-法國聯軍即解放中部重鎮科納，法軍於兩周後又相繼解放了馬利北部的加奧和廷巴克圖兩個大城市。整場行動中，法軍有9人陣亡，一架小羚羊直升機被擊傷並因無維修價值報廢。

5名伊斯蘭武裝份子領導人中的3人，阿布齊德（英語：Abdelhamid Abou Zeid），Abdel Krim和哈瑪哈（英語：Omar Ould Hamaha）遭殺，而穆赫塔爾·貝爾摩塔爾（英語：Mokhtar Belmokhtar）逃往利比亞，伊亞德·加利（英語：Iyad ag Ghali）[25]逃往阿爾及利亞。[26]

藪貓行動，於2014年7月15日結束，由2014年8月1日發起的巴爾赫內行動取而代之，目的是打擊薩赫爾地區的伊斯蘭武裝分子。

作為該行動名稱的藪貓，是種中型非洲野貓。

背景[編輯]

2012年1月，利比亞內戰後，大量武器湧入馬利，阿扎瓦德民族解放運動(MNLA)的圖阿雷格人開始反抗馬利中央政府。[27]同年4月，MNLA已實現其目標，取消了對馬利政府的進攻，宣布阿扎瓦德獨立。[28]2012年6月，伊斯蘭主義者開始在阿扎瓦德實施伊斯蘭教法，MNLA與伊斯蘭組織伊斯蘭衛士和西非團結聖戰運動（英語：Movement_for_Oneness_and_Jihad_in_West_Africa）(MOJWA)發生衝突。[29]

7月17日前，伊斯蘭衛士和MOJWA已將MNLA趕出所有主要城市。[30]2012年9月1日，莫普提的杜安札，遭MOJWA占領。[31]2012年11月28日，MNLA被伊斯蘭衛士逐出通布圖的萊雷。[32]

投入軍力[編輯]

法國軍隊[編輯]

法國空軍[編輯]

最初，法國空軍自2/33薩瓦偵察中隊，部屬了2架幻影F1戰鬥機和6架幻影2000D戰鬥機。該部曾投入法軍在查德的雀鷹行動（英語：Opération Épervier）。此外，空軍從恩加美納的空軍基地，部署了3架KC-135空中加油機，以及1架C-130運輸機和1架TransallC-160運輸機。[33]

1月13日，1/7普羅旺斯戰鬥機中隊的4架「陣風」戰鬥機從法國聖迪濟耶空軍基地起飛，空襲加奧的作戰目標。陣風飛機隨後前往恩加美納，駐紮此處。[34]1月16日前，法國空軍從1/33貝爾福偵察中隊，向恩加美納增派了2架KC-135和2架Harfang無人機。[35]

為運送部隊到巴馬科，空軍使用了空中巴士A310和A340。1月23日，1支Fusiliers Commandos de l'Air（英語：Fusiliers Commandos de l'Air）分遣隊部署至巴馬科機場，確保當地法國空軍設備，必要時執行戰鬥搜索救援任務。與Fusiliers Commandos de l'Air（英語：Fusiliers Commandos de l'Air）一同，空軍部署1/67PyrénéesHelicopter中隊的兩架美洲豹直升機，負責巴馬科路上的戰鬥搜索救援任務。[36]1月25日，空軍向恩加美納增派了兩架陣風戰鬥機和兩架KC-135空中加油機。戰區總機數達到6架陣風和5架KC-135。[37]

1/64貝雅恩中隊、2/64安茹中隊的Transall C-160運輸機，2/61 弗朗什-孔泰中隊的C-130HHercules運輸機，負責運送物資至巴馬科。3/61普瓦圖運輸中隊的TransallC-160將增援部隊派運至加奧機場。[38]

法國陸軍[編輯]

法國陸軍部屬包括第21海軍陸戰隊步兵團的一個連、第1外國騎兵團的一個裝甲騎兵排和第2海軍陸戰隊步兵團的一個連。[33]1月14日，法國陸軍輕航空兵將虎式直升機運到馬利。[39]第3海軍陸戰隊步兵傘兵團的一個連和來自第1輕騎兵傘兵團和第17傘兵工兵團的士兵，部署在象牙海岸，後參與獨角獸行動（英語：Opération Licorne），以由60輛車組成的車隊離開阿必尚前往馬利首都巴馬科。[40][41]

Bertrand Clément-Bollée將軍表示，配有VBCI裝步戰車的第92步兵團的一個連已派往馬利。若有需要，短時間內能再派出三個配備VBCI的連和一個配備勒克萊爾的連。[42]海軍陸戰隊坦克團的一個裝甲連和CAESAR自行榴彈炮部署至馬利。[43][44]

1月21日，第3海軍陸戰隊步兵團的一個連抵達巴馬科，負責保護盟軍空軍基地。[45]地面行動由第3機械化旅的指揮官Bernard Barrera准將指揮。[36]

2013年5月底，法國綠軍自馬利撤軍。為了進一步的作戰，2013年5月20日在加奧組成名叫GTIA Désert的混合戰鬥群。僅該戰鬥群將留在該地區，與馬利軍隊進行進一步的作戰，支援MISMA、MINUSMA和EUTM等任務。GTIA Désert由以下單位組成：[46]

法國海軍，從塞內加爾的達卡部署五架布雷蓋1150大西洋（英語：Bréguet 1150 Atlantic）遠程偵察機，並派遣西北風級兩棲突擊艦自土倫運送第92步兵團的兩個連至塞內加爾的達卡。[47]迪克斯穆德號由代斯汀多夫級巡防艦護衛。[48]

行動[編輯]

2013年1月11日，行動開始。法國陸軍小羚羊直升機配備第4特種部隊直升機團的20mm大炮攻擊塞瓦雷附近的叛軍。1架小羚羊攻擊直升機遭到小型武器火力襲擊，兩名飛行員中的一名被擊中，成為行動中第一例傷亡。飛行員Damien Boiteux中尉傷重不治。[74][75]

1月12日前，數百名法國軍隊參與了在馬利的軍事行動，[76]特別是科納戰役（英語：Battle of Konna）。法國的空襲阻止叛軍向南推進[77]，並摧毀了科納附近的伊斯蘭衛士指揮所。[78]

英國為這次行動提供後勤支持。[79]計畫部署馬利的西非經共體部隊將抵達日期提前至1月14日。[77]

1月13日，法國空軍轟炸叛軍的加奧據點。空襲摧毀燃料庫，與用作指揮總部的海關大樓[80]，炸死約60名伊斯蘭武裝分子。[81]1月15日，法國國防部長證實，馬利軍方仍未從叛軍手中奪回科納，儘管早些時候聲稱他們已經奪回。[82]

1月15日，法國特種部隊攻進具戰略意義的城鎮馬爾卡拉[83]，1月19日確保[84]。1月16日，法國與馬利軍隊首次對該國北部發動大規模地面攻勢[85]。在法國的幫助下，馬利軍隊於1月18日奪回了對科納的控制。1月21日，馬利軍隊在法國空中支援的幫助下占領了迪亞巴利。[86]22日，查德軍隊自尼日首都尼阿美向馬利邊界的Ouallam推進。[87]

1月25日，法國和馬利聯軍占領加奧洪博里。法國軍隊轟炸伊斯蘭武裝分子及其補給[88]，包含兩個燃料彈藥儲藏庫。[89]

1月26日上午，法國軍隊占領了加奧機場，及尼日河通往加奧的主要橋梁瓦巴里橋。[90][91]法國特種部隊亦對混入當地居民的叛亂分子採取行動。[92]法國馬利聯軍在法國戰機和直升機的支援下襲擊了加奧鎮。馬利軍隊發言人1月27日表示，「馬利軍隊和法國人今天控制了加奧」。[90]

1月27日，為避免法國空襲，伊斯蘭武裝分子撤離廷巴克圖。法軍在沒有抵抗的情況下占領了廷巴克圖。[93][94] 馬利重新控制加奧和廷巴克圖之間的整個地區。[95][96][97]

GITA3替換GTIA1後，2013年2月中旬組建數個旅。

1月30日，法國和馬利軍隊進入基達爾，伊斯蘭武裝分子控制的最後一個主要城鎮。[98]儘管占領了所有主要城鎮，但法國和馬利軍隊於2月5日在加奧郊外與伊斯蘭主義者發生遭遇戰。幾名法國士兵遭到遠程小型武器和火箭彈傷害。[99]2月8日，法國和查德軍隊占領泰薩利及其機場。同日，加奧發生自殺攻擊事件。[100]2月10日，伊斯蘭武裝份子襲擊加奧[101]。2月17日，法國和馬利軍隊在布雷姆地區發動反擊。[102]

2月19日，一名法國士兵（法國外籍軍團成員）在馬利東北部靠近阿爾及利亞邊境的伊福加斯山山區的戰鬥中喪生。[103]3月3日，一名法國傘兵在同地區喪生。查德軍隊宣布擊斃阿布齊德（英語：Abdelhamid Abou Zeid）。[104][105]


2013年5月11日，馬利的地面作戰指揮權從第3機械化旅（法語：3e brigade légère blindée）給第六輕裝甲旅（法語：6e brigade légère blindée）。[106]2013年5月25日，法軍開始第一階段撤軍。[107]

2013年11月，AQIM副手Hacene Ould Khalill在法軍對泰薩利的突襲中喪生。[108]

2014年4月16日晚，法國軍隊在廷巴克圖以北摧毀了兩輛載有伊斯蘭武裝分子的皮卡車。法軍的空中和地面部隊攔截其他車輛。4月16日至17日夜間，法國特種部隊在直升機支持下與伊斯蘭武裝分子交火，有十幾名戰士遭擊斃。[109][110]

在戰鬥開始前遭伊斯蘭武裝分子綁架的人質遭到遺棄。4月17日晚，法國總統和馬利總統在聯合聲明中宣布釋放五名人質，包含1名馬利人與4名圖阿雷格人。
