虎紋對蝦（學名：Penaeus esculentus），又名虎蝦、黑虎蝦或褐虎對蝦，是對蝦屬下的一種蝦，原產於並大規模養殖於澳大利亞附近海域。[2]
形態[編輯]
幼年個體生活在海草從中[3]，在頭胸甲長度達到32公釐（1.3英寸）左右時性成熟[4]。成年個體長度可達155公釐（6.1英寸）[5]，與斑節蝦十分相似，顏色也要更加發褐一些[6]。它們一般生活在水下200公尺（660英尺）以上。[7]
分布[編輯]
虎紋對蝦原產於澳大利亞東部和西部附近的溫暖海域，東西兩岸的虎紋對蝦在形態上沒有太大的差異。[8]
養殖業[編輯]
虎紋對蝦的年產量可達500公噸（490長噸；550短噸），可與草蝦雜交[9]，而本身的價格比生長更為迅速的草蝦要高。[10]
