葛勞瑞亞·珍·沃特金（英語：Gloria Jean Watkins，1952年9月25日—2021年12月15日）以筆名貝爾·胡克斯（英語：bell hooks）而為人所知。[1]是一位美國作家、教授、女權主義者和活動家。貝爾·胡克斯這個筆名取自她非常欽佩的外曾祖母Bell Blair Hooks[2]，為了與外曾祖母區分，她的筆名都使用小寫字母。
生平[編輯]
胡克斯寫作的重點是分析種族、資本主義和社會性別的交叉性，以及她所描述的他們產生和延續壓迫和階級統治體系的能力。她出版了30多本書和許多學術文章[3]，也出現在紀錄片中，並經常舉辦公開講座。她在教育、藝術、歷史、性、大眾傳媒和女性主義等方面探討過種族、階級和性別問題。[4]
2014年，她在肯塔基州伯里亞的伯里亞學院創辦了貝爾·胡克斯研究所。[5]
