賽伯伊人(阿拉伯語：السبأيون‎，as-Saba’iyūn，希伯來語：סבא‎）是一類古代說古南阿拉伯語及居住在阿拉伯半島西南部（今葉門）的族群。[1]

賽伯伊人聚居在聖經上所指的示巴王國，[2][3][4]這是一個興盛了上千年的貿易城市，在今葉門。

現代考古研究支持的觀點，示巴王國聖經中的示巴王國是古代閃族賽伯伊人在今葉門的文明。[5][6][7][8][9]時間在公元前1200年至公元275年之間，首都位於馬里卜。[10][11]
