阿里亞妮·蒂特馬斯（英語：Ariarne Titmus，2000年9月7日—）生於塔斯馬尼亞州朗塞斯頓，是一名澳洲女子游泳運動員，主攻中長距離自由式。蒂特馬斯的母親是一名前短跑選手，父親是一名板球選手^[1]^[3]。她從小便熱愛游泳，她童年時的居所附近正好有一個泳池，為她練習游泳提供方便^[1]。2015年，她的父母為了她能夠更好地實現她的夢想，一家人從家鄉遷至昆士蘭州布里斯班居住^[4]，她也在當地的高中就讀^[2]^[5]。
