雙重角色異裝（英語：Dual-role transvestism）是心理學家和醫生用來描述穿著異性服飾以暫時體驗異性的人，但沒有性動機或想要性別重置手術的正式診斷。《國際疾病與相關健康問題統計分類》第十版列出了「雙重角色異裝」的三個診斷標準（F64.1）。[1]
被診斷患有雙重角色異裝的人不應該同時擁有戀物性異裝的診斷（F65.1）。[2]
《國際疾病分類手冊第十一版》(ICD-11)區分了與公共衛生和臨床精神病理學相關的病症和僅反映私人行為的病症，貼上這樣的標籤對公共衛生監測或衛生服務沒有任何實質意義上的貢獻，並且可能對被貼上標籤的個人造成傷害，雙重角色異裝癖現已被刪除，只有在伴有明顯的痛苦，而這種痛苦並不完全是由於其他人（如伴侶、家庭、社會）拒絕或擔心拒絕這種興奮模式，或有重大的傷害或死亡風險，才可以被診斷為涉及自身或自願對象的性慾倒錯障礙。[3][4][5]
