腦震盪[1]（concussion）或輕度創傷性腦損傷[2][3]（mild traumatic brain injury，mTBI[4]），是頭部遭受外力撞擊或打擊使腦部受震，即刻發生的短暫腦功能障礙，屬於腦組織損傷最輕的一種。中樞神經系統暫時功能紊亂，無明顯解剖病理改變。

腦震盪的特點為一時性意識喪失、短暫的失憶，清醒後短時間內反應遲鈍，有逆行性遺忘，常伴有頭疼、頭暈、復視、噁心、嘔吐等症狀，但無任何解剖學上神經系統缺損。
