伊麗莎白·布萊克威爾（英語：Elizabeth Blackwell，1821年2月3日—1910年5月31日），美国第一位获得医学学位的妇女，也是醫學總會中第一位女性。[1] 1849年，布萊克韋爾在《英國醫學期刊》發表有關伤寒的論文，[2]布萊克韋爾也成為第一位在該雜誌發表文章的在美國學習過的女性。1857年，布萊克威爾与姐姐艾米莉（Emily）共同创立了纽约妇女儿童医疗所。[3]
1907年，布莱克威尔在蘇格蘭基尔门度假，在走樓梯時不慎摔跤。[4] 1910年，她因中风在家中去世[5]。
後世為了紀念她，每年向促进女性醫療事業做出重大贡献的女性颁发伊丽莎白·布莱克威尔勋章（Elizabeth Blackwell Medal）[1] 。
