凱莉·羅巴克出生於紐約市，並於康涅狄格州格林尼治長大[4]。母親安妮（Anne）的娘家姓為伍爾（Wholey），而父親克萊·羅巴克（Clay Rohrbach）則是名瑞士裔的金融家[5][6]。她曾就讀格林尼治學院[7]。
羅巴克為格林威治學院參加高爾夫球比賽，並為喬治城大學贏得運動獎學金，後也在喬治城大學持續打高爾夫球。她於2012年畢業於喬治城大學戲劇系，並就讀了倫敦音樂與戲劇藝術學院[8]。

在好萊塢工作了兩年後，羅巴克開始從事模特兒的工作[9]。她曾現身於蓋璞的2014年假日營銷活動，以及2015年的老海軍牛仔褲活動[10]。2015年，她登上了《運動畫刊》的泳裝特輯，並被評為「年度最佳新秀」[11]。
