使用AWB紀錄[编辑]

這裡記下使用AWB的紀錄，供未來複習之用。

  • 2015-11-01，將中國科舉榜單模板中，姓名從缺的囗囗囗去紅連為囗囗囗。一共清除400多個條目中的上千個紅連囗囗囗，時間約半小時。該次要抓的目標無法用what links here直接找，紅連的真實位置在模板上，不在條目中。最後剩下零星的紅連散落在各個模板，難以直接搜索，以手動方式將剩下的完成。
  • 2015-11-04，將引用臺灣大百科全書的舊網址更換為新網址。盡可能找到可能有舊網址的條目，設定AWB取代規則式為 taiwanpedia.culture.tw/web/content?ID → nrch.culture.tw/twpedia.aspx?id 。先從what links here下關鍵字臺灣大百科全書，改之。再找台灣大百科、台灣大百科全書，接著選擇Google search ，把所有關鍵字串再找一次，改之。再以taiwanpedia.culture.tw純文字搜尋再找一次，改之。每次搜尋都有返回結果。約更改125條，費時70分鐘。

何時進入公有領域[编辑]

別名著作或不具名著作之著作財產權，存續至著作公開發表後五十年。但可證明其著作人死亡已逾五十年者，其著作財產權消滅。 　　有左列情形之一者，不適用前項規定： 　　一、著作人之別名為眾所周知者。 　　二、於前項期間內，依第七十四條規定為著作人本名之登記者。

According to the Copyright Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan):

Article 32 Economic rights in a pseudonymous work or an anonymous work endure for fifty years from the time of public release; provided, the economic rights shall be extinguished where it can be proven that the author has been deceased for over fifty years.

The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not apply when the pseudonym of the author is well known to the public.

Article 33 Economic rights in works authored by a juristic person endure for fifty years after the public release of the work; provided, if the work is not publicly released within fifty years from the completion of the creation, the economic rights shall subsist for fifty years after completion of the creation.

依中華民國《著作權法》：

第三十二條 (別著著作或不具名著作之著作財產權存續期間)

　　別名著作或不具名著作之著作財產權，存續至著作公開發表後五十年。但可證明其著作人死亡已逾五十年者，其著作財產權消滅。 　　前項規定，於著作人之別名為眾所周知者，不適用之。

第三十三條 (法人為著作人之著作財產權存續期間)

　　法人為著作人之著作，其著作財產權存續至其著作公開發表後五十年。但著作在創作完成時起算五十年內未公開發表者，其著作財產權存續至創作完成時起五十年。

  • TomJones於1957、1958年間在臺灣拍攝的照片，2006年在美國發表，請問何時進入公有領域，可以刊登在維基百科上？
  • 臺灣知名建設公司國泰建設在1965年推出第一案大樓，當時的報紙廣告剪報何時可以刊登在維基百科上？
