普約主教座堂（西班牙語：Catedral de Puyo），又名玫瑰聖母主教座堂[1]（西班牙語：Catedral de Nuestra Señora del Rosario），是位於南美洲國家厄瓜多爾帕斯塔薩省首府普約的一座天主教主教座堂。[2]
該教堂遵循羅馬禮以及拉丁禮，是天主教普約宗座代牧區（Apostolicus Vicariatus puyoensis）的主教座堂。該教區於1964年由教宗保祿六世創立天主教宗座監牧區（Apostolica praefectura），1976年開始使用現名。
該教堂建造歷時四年，並於1972年5月10日由建築師雷納爾多·弗洛雷斯（Reinaldo Flores）設計並舉行了落成儀式。[3]它的名字表明了這座教堂是為了獻給聖母瑪利亞的玫瑰聖母的稱謂。彩色玻璃上的美洲修女圖案是這座教堂的亮點。[4]
