伦敦金融时报100指數（Financial Times Stock Exchange 100 Index，简写为FTSE 100 Index，创立于1984年1月3日，是在伦敦证券交易所上市的最大的一百家公司的股票指数。该指数是英国经济的晴雨表，也是欧洲最重要的股票指数之一。相关的股票指数包括金融时报250指数（除了100家最大的公司以外接下去的250家最大的公司的股票指数）和金融时报350指数（金融时报100指数和金融时报250指数的结合）。
金融时报100指数的成份每季度决定一次。截止2006年12月29日，指数成分中六家最大的公司分别为：英国石油公司（BP）、荷兰皇家壳牌集团、汇丰集团、沃达丰、苏格兰皇家银行集团和葛兰素史克股份有限公司。
