宁那·华纳·法斯宾德（Rainer Werner Maria Fassbinder，1945年5月31日－1982年6月10日），德国导演、演员和话剧作者，新德国电影最重要的代表人物之一。出生于德国巴伐利亚州巴特-弗里斯霍芬（Bad Wörishofen），逝世于慕尼黑。

在他短暂的一生中共拍摄了41部电影。主要作品包括《四季商人》、《莉莉玛莲》等，他死于毒品过量服用。他的死被一致认作为新德国电影的结束。

法斯宾德是一个雙性戀者。
