尼康D1是尼康于1999年6月15日推出的一款数码单镜反光相机。它具有一块270万像素的图像传感器，4.5张每秒的连拍速度并支持尼康全系列的尼康F接环镜头群。机身和之前的尼康F5外观类似，基本的控制布局也保持相同，允许原来使用尼康胶片单反相机的用户能够需素熟练使用这款数码单反相机。尼康D1的自动对焦速度即使在机身马达驱动情况下也比较快。
