葛林兄弟（英语：Green brothers）是指约翰·葛林（John Green；1977年8月24日－）和汉克·葛林（Hank Green；1980年5月5日－）两兄弟。他们两人是美国企业家、互联网活动人士和YouTube影片博主。两兄弟在两人的事业和生活中都有颇大影响，因2007年开始“兄弟情 2.0”（Brotherhood 2.0）而开始受欢迎。两人在YouTube上有约15条频道，包括主频道VlogBrothers、SciShow和The Lizzie Bennet Diaries[1][2]。
约翰·葛林因为他的小说《生命中的美好缺憾》和其改编电影由YouTube名人变成荷里活名星。虽然小说在纽约时报畅销书榜排行第一和电影票房成绩良好，约翰仍认为他是因为例如Crash Course的网上项目而知名[3][4]。
汉克·葛林则自己知名，创立了环保为题的网志“EcoGeek”。该网志原为他在蒙大拿大学修读时的学生专案，但是渐渐成为了一个主要的环保资讯网，后来《时代》杂志亦有报导[5][6]。汉克亦因为共同创办唱片公司DFTBA Records获得知名度[7]。
两人一同创造的内容网络被称为“网上多媒体帝国”（online multimedia empire）[4][8][9] 。该网络的内容种类包括教育、游戏、生活等，而他们两人的粉都叫作“Nerdfighteria”[8][10]。
