馬克斯·胡貝爾

馬克斯·胡貝爾（德語：Max Huber；1874年12月28日—1960年1月1日）是一位瑞士律師、外交家，代表瑞士參加一系列國際會議與機構。
胡貝爾生於蘇黎世，曾在洛桑大學、蘇黎世大學和柏林大學攻讀法律。1902至1914年，他在蘇黎世大學教授國際法、憲法和州立法，並保留這一職務直到1921年，但是由於一戰的緣故無法繼續教課。戰爭期間，他為瑞士防衛與外交事務部建言獻策。1922至1939年任常設國際法院法官，並於1925至1927年擔任法院院長。1928至1944年他擔任紅十字國際委員會主席。1927年他參與土耳其與法國間著名的蓮花號案；1928年他在常設仲裁法院頗具影響的美國與荷蘭帕爾馬斯島案爭端中擔任仲裁人。
胡貝爾從紅十字委員會退休後，於去世前發表了幾篇國際法方面的文章，1960年1月1日過世於蘇黎世。
