1947年英皇制誥
《1947年英皇制誥》（英語：Letters Patent, 1947），正式名稱為設立加拿大總督暨三軍總司令職位的英皇制誥，由國王喬治六世發布，於1947年10月1日生效。這些特許證是為了拓寬總督王權的權利，是現代頒發給加拿大總督的特許證。該特許證讓總督在「特殊情況下」能代替國王行使權利[1]，同時讓總督能行使大多數法律上屬於加拿大國王的「能力和權利」。[2]這些權利依法屬於國王，總督僅代理其行使。[3][4][5]
