第31屆哥譚獨立電影獎（The 31st Gotham Independent Film Awards）是哥譚電影與媒體學院（英語：The Gotham Film & Media Institute）（前身為獨立電影製作人計劃（英語：Independent Filmmaker Project））以茲獎勵2021年電影與電視劇的獎項，在2021年3月1日至12月31日間上映的電影，以及在2020年10月1日至2021年9月30日間播映的劇集，均得報名。於2020年10月21日公佈入圍名單，於11月29日舉行頒獎典禮[1][2][3][4]。

自本屆起，移除以性別分類的最佳男、女演員獎，改設立不分性別的最佳主、配角演出獎，並增設同樣不分性別的新劇集演出獎[5]。

由Netflix發行的兩部電影《失去的女兒》與《白色通行證（英語：Passing (film)）》共獲得五項提名，Netflix與A24發行的電影皆取得10項提名[3][4]，最終由《失去的女兒》獲四座獎項肯定[6]。
