法罗-代奥州（法语：Faro-et-Déo）是喀麦隆的58个州份之一，位于该国中部，由阿达马瓦区负责管辖，西面是马约-巴尼奥州，面积10,435平方公里，2001年人口66,442，人口密度每平方公里16.5人。
