穆爾統計區，或稱波穆爾統計區（斯洛維尼亞語：Pomurska statistična regija）^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]是斯洛維尼亞東北部的一個統計區。總面積1,337平方公里，總人口122,717(2004)。波穆爾統計區包含27個市鎮。該地區最大城市為穆爾斯卡索博塔。該統計區得名於穆爾河。

經統計，41.2%的居民從事服務業，44.8%從事工業，14.0% 從事農業。旅遊人次占全國旅遊人次的7.8%，大部分來自斯洛維尼亞國內。波穆爾統計區為斯洛維尼亞失業率最高的區域^[5]。
