Alpha波

Alpha波,或阿爾法節律,是頻率範圍在8-12赫茲的神經振盪[1]一般認為Alpha波可能源於視丘起搏器細胞的同步電活動,但視覺皮層中也有能獨立形成α振盪的區域。[2]歷史上,它也被稱為 "貝格爾波",以漢斯・伯格(Hans Berger)的名字命名,他在1924年發明腦電圖時首次描述了它們。[3]
