忒奥克里托斯

忒奥克里托斯（希臘語：Θεόκριτος，约前310年—前250年），為古希腊著名诗人、学者，是西方田园诗派的创始人。早年曾在亚历山大学习，后返回西西里岛生活。一生从事诗歌创造，最为出名的成就还是田园诗歌的创作。在此之前的所谓的田园诗歌只是一种与音乐结合起来的民间创作，而忒奥克里托斯则将它彻底转化为一种纯文学体裁。在他之后，田园诗派得到了巨大的发展，并逐渐成为欧洲文学中的主流体裁。
