安德鲁·巴塞维奇(Andrew J. Bacevich Jr.;/ˈbeɪsəvɪtʃ/;BAY-sə-vitch ;1947年7月5日—),是美国史家,致力研究国际关系、国家安全、美国外交政策以及美国外交军事史。巴塞维奇是波士顿大学弗里德里克帕蒂(Frederick S. Pardee)国际研究学院国际关系及历史学名誉教授。[3]巴塞维奇也是美国陆军装甲部队的退休军官,以上校军衔退役。巴塞维奇曾任波士顿大学国际关系中心的主任(1998年至2005 年)。[3] 巴塞维奇是昆西国家事务研究所的共同创办人。
巴塞维奇是美国占领伊拉克的批评者,称伊拉克占领是场灾难性的失败。[4] 2007年3月,巴塞维奇称布希的“预防性战争”是“不道德、不被容许和不谨慎”。[4][5] 其子安德鲁·约翰·巴塞维奇 (Andrew John Bacevich) 也是名军官,2007年5月,在伊拉克战争中阵亡。[4]
