冷港之役（英语：Battle of Cold Harbor）是1864年5月31日至6月12日期间在弗吉尼亚州爆发的一场战役，是南北战争的一部分。当时尤利西斯·格兰特下令联邦军进攻美利坚邦联国陆军将领罗伯特·E·李固守的防御阵地，结果造成数以千计的联邦军士兵阵亡或受伤。
