DU145细胞
DU145（DU-145）是人类前列腺癌细胞系。DU145、PC3和LNCaP被认为是用于治疗研究的标准前列腺癌细胞系[1]。DU145细胞系源自原发性前列腺腺癌的中枢神经系统远端转移，在顶枕开颅手术 (parietooccipital craniotomy) 中被切除[2]。 雄激素受体阳性的DU145对激素不敏感，并且不表达前列腺特异抗原。 DU145细胞与具有高转移潜力的PC3细胞相比，具有中等的转移潜力[3]。
