Ambassador Burns: CG Sara Yun and I visited our former U.S. Consulate in Dalian, founded in 1904, closed after Pearl Harbor, re-opened in 1946, and finally closed when the U.S. was asked to leave in 1949. Good to see it marked as a historic site.
