This is figure 1-10 of the Apollo 12 Preliminary Science Report, which has the following caption:

An oblique view looking northwest at the highland area north of the crater Fra Mauro. This photograph was taken from the CM at an orbital altitude of 60 n. mi. The Sun elevation angle was 7'. The Sun will be only slightly higher when Apollo 13 lands in this area. (Arrow indicates landing site.) Although taken early in the mission, this photograph supplements the site photography taken later.
